UnskipAI provides automated analysis of short videos: a diagnostic, points to improve, and posting suggestions.

The analysis is a decision-support tool. UnskipAI does not guarantee virality, or any number of views, likes, followers, revenue, or any future commercial performance. The indicators shown (estimated retention, score, potential) are estimates produced by an automated process, not official or measured data from third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Before any payment, you are told the essential features of the offer: the service (automated analysis of short videos), the tokens included, the maximum length of analysable videos, the total price including taxes, the billing period and whether the subscription renews.

The order is concluded online, in French or English depending on the site language. Payment is processed by Stripe; UnskipAI never receives or stores your card details. By confirming your order you acknowledge having read these terms and the payment obligation it entails.

UnskipAI offers monthly plans that include a set number of tokens, as well as one-off token top-ups. The selected offer, its price, and its billing period are shown before payment.

The monthly token quota renews at each billing period. Unused tokens do not carry over to the next period, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically at each due date, at the same price, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, free of charge, directly from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

A token is a unit of use internal to UnskipAI that triggers an analysis; it has no existence outside the service.

A token is neither a currency, a financial instrument, nor a digital asset within the meaning of any regulation. It cannot be converted into money, is not transferable to another account, and has no resale value, except through a mechanism explicitly provided by UnskipAI (for example a welcome or first-purchase bonus).

Tokens credited to your account remain subject to the mandatory consumer rights described in the “Right of withdrawal” section: the fact that tokens are not a currency does not remove a refund legally owed.

The prices shown are those presented at the time of payment. As long as UnskipAI benefits from the VAT exemption threshold, no VAT is charged: “VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code.”

If UnskipAI's VAT status changes, the applicable taxes and the total price due will be shown before payment is confirmed.

A video from your plan is reserved when the analysis starts, then actually counted only once a report has been produced and is available on your account. If a technical failure occurs, that slot is released automatically.

Closing, reloading, or navigating away from the page does not guarantee that a process already under way is cancelled. Recommendations are a decision-support tool and do not guarantee any views, engagement, or revenue.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, completed analyses and subscription periods already provided do not give rise to a refund. A change of mind, choosing the wrong file, closing the page, a lost connection, or dissatisfaction with the recommendations are not grounds for a refund.

When UnskipAI fails to produce a usable report because of a technical failure attributable to it, the reserved video is released from the quota. This restoration is not a refund in euros.

Any exceptional request relating to a duplicate charge or a billing error must be sent to contact@unskipai.com within seven (7) days, with the account's email address, the date, the Stripe or analysis identifier, and any useful details. Incomplete, late, repeated, or abusive requests may be refused.

Principle: payments are firm. Once an analysis is started, or a subscription period has begun and you have used its tokens, the service has been performed and is no longer refundable, in line with your express acceptance before payment (articles L221-28 1° and 13° of the French Consumer Code).

No refund is granted for: a change of mind after performance, the wrong file or platform chosen, a result you consider insufficient, a lack of views or engagement, an unused subscription, or a cancellation made mid-period.

The following remain due because they are mandatory: (1) your 14-day right of withdrawal for anything not yet performed; (2) automatic restoration of the analysis after a technical failure attributable to UnskipAI; (3) correction of a duplicate charge or billing error; (4) the statutory conformity guarantees described below.

The plan is activated once Stripe has confirmed the payment. A cancelled, declined, disputed, or refunded payment does not entitle you to any additional quota.

UnskipAI may suspend or close an account, block the use of the quota, and retain the information needed to defend its rights in the event of fraud, an attempt to circumvent these terms, account sharing, abusive chargebacks, a security breach, or a violation of these terms, within the limits allowed by law.

The subscription is taken for a monthly period and renews automatically, at the same price, until cancelled. Stripe sends you a reminder before each renewal.

You can cancel at any time, free of charge and directly online, from the /resiliation page (“Cancel my subscription” link at the bottom of every page) or from your profile. No reason is required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; you keep access until then. A confirmation with the effective date is shown on screen.

Independently of these terms, you benefit from the statutory guarantees applicable to digital content and services, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Nothing in these terms limits those guarantees.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day period to withdraw from a subscription or a token purchase, without having to justify yourself (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

This right, however, ends early for a given analysis if you expressly requested and agreed that its processing start immediately before the end of the 14-day period, and you acknowledged losing your right of withdrawal for that analysis once the report has been fully produced (articles L221-28 1° and 13° of the French Consumer Code). That is exactly what the checkboxes shown before each payment ask of you: they are never pre-checked, and nothing is charged until they are confirmed.

For anything not yet carried out (for example: a subscription just taken out with no tokens consumed yet, or purchased and unused tokens), your right of withdrawal remains intact. You can exercise it directly and free of charge from your account, at /retractation, without needing to go through email.

These terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of the mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence, in particular within the European Economic Area.

No provision of these terms limits a right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute is not resolved directly with our customer service (contact@unskipai.com), you may refer it free of charge to the following consumer mediator: les coordonnées du médiateur de la consommation compétent sont communiquées sur simple demande écrite à l’adresse de contact ci-dessus et seront publiées ici dès son adhésion.

UnskipAI aims to provide continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability (maintenance, incident, force majeure). The elements of the site (brand, logo, interface, code, texts) are protected; no right is granted to you beyond personal use of the service.

You remain the owner of your videos. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the content you upload.

You can delete your videos and your account at any time.

The service is provided “as is”, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
