Privacy Policy

Account: email address (and sign-in identifier if you use Google).

Content: the videos you upload, their audio transcript where applicable, and the analyses produced.

Payment and subscription: transaction history, subscription status and quota usage (card data is handled by Stripe, never by us).

Requests: withdrawal requests and, if you cancel your subscription, the reason and optional comment you give us.

Security: technical counters tied to your account, used to limit abuse (number of requests over a short period).

Providing the analysis of your videos and managing your account, subscription and credits: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Billing, accounting and handling withdrawal requests: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Service security and fraud and abuse prevention: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Improving the service from the cancellation reason: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)); you can object by writing to us.

Supabase — authentication, database, and video storage.

Vercel — application hosting.

Stripe — payment processing; we never receive or store your banking details.

Anthropic (Claude models) — visual analysis of the video and report generation.

Deepgram — audio transcription, when this step is used.

These providers process your data on our behalf, according to our instructions and their own contractual terms; they are not authorised to use it for their own purposes.

UnskipAI does not use the videos or data you upload to train its own models.

Processing by the third-party AI providers mentioned above is governed by their terms of use in force for API access, which in principle exclude the use of submitted content to train their consumer-facing models.

They are stored in a private space accessible only to you, used solely to produce your analysis.

The video file of a completed analysis is automatically deleted 30 days after it is produced; that of a failed or refunded analysis is deleted after 7 days. The text report (score, diagnostic, recommendations) is kept, however, for as long as your account exists, so you keep access to your history. You can delete a video or your entire account at any time.

Some of our processors (application hosting, AI providers) are established, or process data, outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided for by applicable regulation (European Commission standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism).

Retention period: account active for as long as you do not delete it; videos per the periods indicated above; payment history kept for the duration required by accounting and tax obligations (up to 10 years).
